Job description

• The candidate will be required to detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.
• The candidate will be required to perform routine maintenance work on machinery.
• The candidate will be required to perform repairing work.
• The candidate will be required to do maintenance work.
• The candidate will be required to work with Welding equipment.
• The candidate will be required to work with Pumps and compressors.
• The candidate will be required to work with Power tools.
• The candidate will be required to work with Hydraulic systems.
• The candidate will be required to supervise other workers.
• The candidate will be required to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
• The candidate will be required to weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate will be required to use Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) (TIG).
• Relocation costs will not be covered by the employer.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
• The candidate with 1 years to less than 2 years of experience can apply for the job.
• The candidate should have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information.
• The candidate should have a System (WHMIS) Certificate.
• The candidate should have Canadian Welding Bureau Certification.
• The candidate should have Forklift Operator Certification.
• The candidate should have excellent oral communication.
• The candidate should have own vehicle.
• The candidate should have own transportation.
• The candidate should have steel-toed safety boots.
• The candidate should have the ability to perform work in conditions like bending, crouching, kneeling.
