Job Description

The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.).
The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
The candidate must hire and train or arrange for staff training.
The candidate must authorize payments by cheque.
The candidate must plan and develop permanent, temporary, and movable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
The candidate must order merchandise.
The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
The candidate must establish work schedules.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers.
The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
The candidate must supervise the office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.
The candidate should be accurate.
