Job Description

  • The candidate must cut grass.
  • The candidate must remove litter and garbage.
  • The candidate must lay sod or seed.
  • The candidate must plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.

  • The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.

  • The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.

Work Site Environment

  • The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
  • The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
  • The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
  • The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
  • The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

  • The applicant should work as a landscape contractor to create and construct large and small projects for residential and commercial properties.
  • The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
  • The candidate should work in the landscape maintenance division, the art and vocation of keeping a landscape healthy, clean, safe, and attractive, typically in a garden, yard, park, institutional setting, or estate.
  • The candidate must work in a commercial setting that fosters a workforce of highly competent, respectful, mature, and accountable employees working toward a common goal.
