Job Description

  • The candidate will have to lay sod or seed.
  • The candidate will be required to cut grass
  • The candidate would be in charge of watering and caring for plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • The candidate will be required to take out weeds and dead plants.
  • The candidate will be required to trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
  • The candidate will be required to plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs
  • The candidate would be in charge of carting and spreading topsoil and other materials
  • The candidate will be expected to help with landscape construction.
  • The candidate will be expected to rake and collect trash.
  • The candidate will be expected to complete landscape tasks efficiently and on time, with a focus on quality and production.
  • The candidate will be required to build walkways and patios, walls, fences, decks, and posts, among other things.
  • The candidate will be required to dig ditches or trenches as well as perform land clearing tasks.
  • The candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete landscape construction projects.
  • The candidate will be required to apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.
  • The candidate will be required to apply fertilizer to help enhance growth.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping design and ensuring plant growth.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant health.
  • The candidate will be required to perform routine cleaning duties
  • The candidate will be required to maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
  • The candidate will be responsible for keeping the landscape thriving, healthy, and effectively designed
  • The candidate will be expected to work closely with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure that the garden meets the client’s expectations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
  • To perform work activities, the candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications.
  • The candidate will be responsible for transforming and designing the terrain to meet the client’s requests
