Job Description

The candidate must apply the technique of hoeing between the rows.
The candidate will be responsible for grading vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
The candidate must harvest vegetables by hand.
The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
The candidate must pick row and orchard crops.
The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
The candidate must harvest crops.
The candidate will be responsible for cutting horticultural crops.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must be flexible.
The candidate should be reliable.

The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work site environment

Farm operations include fruit and vegetable combination farming, as well as other vegetables and melon farming (except potatoes).
The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
The candidate must be able to work in wet/damp, dusty, hot, and cold/refrigerated conditions.
The candidate must work in all weather conditions.

Work setting

The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
