- Selected candidates working at this post are appointed as point persons to facilitate fulfilment processes that focus on achieving all productions and quality metrics at this post.
- Selected candidates are also appointed to utilize systems fully to successfully initiate all outbound shipping processes and be comfortable with all reporting provided by the system at this post.
- Candidates for this post are also appointed to support the team in performing daily goals and follow-up.
- They’re also required at this post to ensure production goals are being met during both peak and non-peak periods.
- Candidates for this post are required to provide cross-training to other associates as required by the Marketing Manager at this post.
- Applicants are also required at this post to understand proper follow-up processes for all customer inquiries related to fulfilment orders generated by their store.
