Diamond N is situated in Stettler, AB and is hiring a Farm labourer – livestock to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Evening, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform livestock feeding.
• The candidate must maintain livestock performance records.
• The candidate must clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
• The candidate should work in a room, and board provided dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and well-being where our staff members thrive.
