Job Description 

• Candidates working in this post are required to ensure the completion of work orders or special requests for facility-related activities.
• They’re also responsible for working with the Plant Operations Maintenance group to ensure all associated building systems are functioning properly at this post.
• They’re responsible at this post for reporting any unusual operation or deviation to the Supervisor working at this post.
• They’re also responsible at this post for completing all appointed preventive maintenance programs within the allowed time frame.
• Applicants at this post are responsible for ensuring that all documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures and departmental policies working at this post.

Job requirement 

• They must have completed a dedicated high school diploma at this post.
• Applicants for this post must attain the ability to diagnose building systems equipment-related problems like sprinkler systems, HVAC, and basic electrical issues to be eligible for this post.
• They must attain the ability to use all designated department tools safely and properly to get preferred for this post.
• Applicants for this post must have prior working knowledge of PC operations, and MS Office suite of products like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• They must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment to be eligible for this post.
