Job Description

  • Should work full-time with the customers from the time they come to our showrooms until their cars are shipped and delivered completely to them (about 40 hours a week).
  • Being a Customer Experience Specialist, the different ways that Tesla has made the customers feel will be done in such a manner that it would be hard to forget.
  • You will be guiding customers through the entire sales process of a car by not only giving the information about Tesla products, but also inviting them for test drives and letting them know about the self-driving feature.
  • You will work hand in hand with the Tesla team to provide our customers with an amazing experience while being in a busy and very customer-oriented retail store.
  • Should be stationed at the showroom and will be bestowed with the latest electric vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and interact with walk-in guests while creating custom customer profiles for them.
  • Engage and encourage guests for a more fulfilling experience through customized demo and product offerings.
  • Conduct orientations to ensure new owners get the most out of their vehicle’s features.
  • Collect guest information, book test drives and assist with the sales process.
  • Provide all current and future Tesla owners with fantastic customer service.
  • Any other duties or tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • One or more years of demonstrated success in customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong enthusiasm for Tesla’s mission and the company’s innovations as it relates to transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays with flexible hours in a retail setting.
  • Valid Canadian Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license and provincial sales representative licenses/certificates if required by provincial legislation (i.e. Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta or British Columbia
