Service Technician

Job Description

  • Service Technician performs diagnostic, repair and maintenance work on Tesla vehicles.
  • This is a full time position located in London, Ontario.
  • The role is part of Tesla’s vehicle service team supporting customer vehicles.
  • The position includes ongoing training and professional development resources.
  • Employees work with advanced automotive technology and modern diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on Tesla products.
  • Work with team members to improve repair efficiency and vehicle delivery quality.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools and shop equipment.
  • Use company provided laptops for diagnostics and online training.
  • Document repairs clearly and maintain shop equipment.
  • Provide feedback to design and engineering teams on repair procedures and products.
  • Maintain a respectful and team focused approach in a fast moving environment.

Requirements

  • Must hold an Automotive Service Technician License or have a desire to become a
  • Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling.
  • Can work with multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate a safety first approach to work.
  • Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
