Job Description

  • The crew needs to paint and finish all Teslas to create vehicles that meet high standards for their final delivery from the facility.
  • The company offers a position where employees can join an energetic team that works in a quick-moving space while developing new ideas.
  • The position requires employees to work full-time according to the weekly schedule that Tesla establishes.
  • Obtain neatly finished vehicles by judiciously applying paints and coating.
  • Partnering with service and repair personnel to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
  • Make sure your workspace is clean and in order to achieve the best quality of results.

Responsibilities

  • Primers, sealers, basecoats, and clear coats should be applied with high attention to quality.
  • Spray an average of six fully prepped repair orders per day.
  • Working in a modern downdraft spray booth with advanced equipment.
  • Work cooperatively with prep technicians and other painters to meet daily objectives.
  • Seamlessly blend basecoat colors or execute multi-stage integrations in paintings.
  • Deliver clean, consistent finishes with the same gloss and texture as the OEM surface.

Requirements

  • Support projects in various Canadian Provinces, communicate mainly in English with staff and outside Quebec
  • 5+ years of experience in vehicle repair using a system based on urethane
  • Possess a legitimate CPA card
  • Ready to work overtime when necessary
  • Ability to read and understand car maintenance processes and able to train others
  • High school diploma or equivalent; collision repair certification an asset; valid Class 5 or G2 license in Canada
