Job Description

The candidate must assess children’s development to prepare learning plans tailored to their needs.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing childcare programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
The candidate must supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers.
The candidate must synthesize the overall situation of the children and communicate this information to their parents.
The candidate must assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must hold a Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) Certification, Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) Certification, Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR Certification, Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Training Certification, Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
