Job Description
- Candidates are appointed for executing inventory fulfilment within the customer facility.
- They’re appointed for sourcing and quoting new and existing products when required.
- Candidates are appointed to participate in continuous improvement activities and implement new business processes.
- They’re also appointed for monetizing and reporting the value of supply chain management activities to valuable customers of Fastenal.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be more than 18 years old to be eligible for this post and must attain a dedicated degree in supply chain and operations management.
- They must attain excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Candidates must have proficient computer skills with strong math aptitude, attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- They must be highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented and always be comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
Work setting
- Candidates must be able to lift weights of around 25 to 50 lbs.
