Early Childhood Education Worker

Royal Child Care based in New Westminster, BC, is looking for candidates for the position of Early Childhood Education Worker with 5 vacancies. The ones chosen to be employed will be required to start work as soon as possible. Royal Child Care has an approved Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to hire a foreign worker to fill labor or skills shortages on a temporary basis. The vacancies refer to that of permanent employment and a full time job. The shift will extend from morning to day.

The Children’s Ages are 5 years; 3 years; and 4 years.
The candidate will be required to outdoors.
The work site environment will be noisy.
Relocation costs of the candidate will be covered by the employer.
Public transportation is available for the candidates use.

Requirements

The candidate should have a College degree.
In absence of a college degree the candidate should have a CEGEP.
The candidate should have a Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
Experience of the candidate in the concerned field is not mandatory.
The candidate should have Medical exam done.
The candidate should have their Tuberculosis test done.
The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check.
The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
The work will involve a combination of bending, crouching, kneeling which the candidate should be comfortable with.
The candidate should have interpersonal awareness.
The candidate should be a team player.
