- Candidates will have to actively sell Indigos’ products and services to the customers.
- Candidates will have to initiate interaction with the customer variable in-store and try to find the best thing that they’re looking for.
- Candidates will have to create a warm and welcoming environment in the store and also ensure they follow safety measures.
- Candidates will have to leverage the products to tell stories.
- Candidates will have to hold themselves and others’ development and also provide continuous feedback to colleagues and the leadership team.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have experience in the specialty of retail and work in a retail environment.
- Candidates must have the ability, flexibility, and willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
