Job Description
- This role provides customer service to clients, allowing advisors to maintain ongoing relationships with their clients while delivering a consistent experience of quality.
- As part of this role, you will be a member of Canada’s Life’s Wealth Management Network and located in Windsor as a permanent full-time employee.
- Employees will coordinate meetings, communications, and follow up with your clients.
- Employees’ main responsibilities include assisting their advisor with managing the documentation necessary for each of their clients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the activities regarding their accounts.

Responsibilities
- By speaking to or meeting with clients via telephone or in person, staff communicate with their clients directly.
- The time between receiving inquiries and responding promptly and appropriately.
- Coordinating and arranging meetings with Client Advisors.
- Timely, Accurate Opening/Closing of Accounts and trade execution on behalf of clients.
- Having Detailed, Accurate, Up-to-date Electronic Records for Clients & Trades.
- Providing Excellent Service to Clients and Working in Partnership with Other Employees to Deliver a Superior Client Experience.
Requirements
- Must have completed at minimum a Postsecondary Education Program in Business, Finance, Economics, or Related Fields.
- Must have a strong target-service orientation as well as the ability to create and maintain a professional relationship.
- Must also be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently manage time by utilizing an efficient and effective way of managing the day-to-day operations of the department in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate superior organizational ability and strong time management skills.
- Must be knowledgeable of and have experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook for e-mail, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint for file sharing).
- Must have work experience with investment products or mutual funds and completed industry courses preferred.
