Job Description

The candidate must sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
The candidate must dust furniture.
The candidate will be responsible for vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
The candidate will be responsible for making beds and changing sheets.
The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries to the guests.
The candidate must stock the linen closet.
The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
The candidate must disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
The candidate must handle and report lost and found items.
The candidate must provide basic facility information.
The candidate will be responsible for picking up debris and emptying trash cans.
The candidate will be responsible for washing the windows, walls, and ceilings.
The candidate must receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
The candidate must prepare a budget and cost estimates.
The candidate must maintain financial records.
The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
The candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, or arranging training for cleaning staff.
The candidate must establish work schedules.
The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
The candidate must assist cleaners in performing their duties.
The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
The candidate must recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must have a First Aid Certificate.
