Ye Lu based in Surrey, BC, is looking for candidates for the position of Child Caregiver – Private Home with 1 vacancy. Job description
- The candidate will be required to tend to emotional well-being of children.
- The candidate will be required to take children to and from school and to appointments
- The candidate will be required to supervise the children.
- The candidate will be required to care for the children.
- The candidate will be required to prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
- The candidate will be required to organize, activities such as games.
- The candidate will be required to organize outings for the children.
- The candidate will be required to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- The candidate will be required to instruct the children in personal hygiene.
- The candidate will be required to help the children social development.
- The candidate will be required to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
- The candidate will be required to assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- The candidate will be required to perform light housekeeping.
- The candidate will be required to perform cleaning duties.
- The candidate will be required to assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents.
- The candidate will be required to tend to children of age six to twelve years (school kids).
- The candidate will be required to work in the employer’s or the client’s home.
- Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Although, this is not a condition of employment.
- No smoking is allowed in the employer’s or the client’s home.
- The work site environment should be scent free.
- Public transportation is available.

Requirements
- The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The candidate should have equivalent experience in the concerned field.
- The candidate will be trained for the job.
- The candidate should have a First Aid Certificate.
- The candidate should have a CPR Certificate.
- The candidate should have reference from trusted source.
- The candidate should be able to handle weight.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be able to work in employer’s or the client’s home.
- The candidate should be comfortable with handling repetitive tasks.
- The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check done.
