Job Description
- The candidate must plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs.
- The candidate must hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff.

- The candidate must manage the operations and activities of social and community centres, correctional facilities, and detention centres.
- The candidate must resolve conflict situations.

- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- The candidate must be dependable.
