The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
The candidate must remove the bones from the meat.
The candidate must weigh meat for sale.
The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
The candidate will have to price meat products.
The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish.
