Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for leading a team executing all retail construction projects across North America, including new store openings, optimizations, renovations, temporary spaces, and pop-up build-outs.
- The candidate will lead a team responsible for all Repairs and Maintenance programs across the North America retail portfolio, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and premium guest experience.
- The candidate will develop and implement execution strategies focused on improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing overall store economics.
- The candidate will oversee the successful delivery of all projects on time and within budget, ensuring adherence to key milestones and performance metrics.
- The candidate will oversee all major vendor relationships across Construction and Facilities, including onboarding, offboarding, SLA management, and sourcing strategy optimization.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the timely execution of all repairs within established budgets and service level agreements.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the proactive replacement strategy for fixed assets nearing the end of their useful life.
- The candidate will provide leadership to a team by monitoring performance, conducting regular pace checks, and delivering constructive feedback to support professional development.

Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 15+ years of project management experience within a retail construction environment.
- The candidate must have facilities management or equivalent professional experience.
- The candidate must have experience in vendor management.
- The candidate must have 10+ years of experience leading construction professionals, contractors, and teams.
- The candidate must have demonstrated experience in creating and managing a portfolio of projects from identification through to project close-out.
- The candidate must be an expert in managing construction budgets, value engineering discussions, and negotiating change orders.
- The candidate must be confident and concise in storytelling and presenting to senior executives including the CEO, President, and Board of Directors, supported by strong financial acumen.
- The candidate must be a strategic, people-focused leader capable of developing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
- The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and operate with the highest level of integrity.
- The candidate must possess expert negotiation skills and the ability to articulate strong arguments to achieve favorable outcomes.
