Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for implementing the Store Manager’s operational vision and communicating it effectively to team members.
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing weekly team schedules based on labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for actively moving throughout the retail floor to assess and respond to business, team, and guest needs.
  • The candidate will review, monitor, and partner with the Store Manager to manage the budget and other business data and metrics, including P&L statements and expenses, to support planning processes such as quarterly business reviews and sales planning.
  • The candidate will be responsible for providing retail floor leadership, including planning floor coverage and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting sell-through management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor for product deliveries.
  • The candidate will execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives, including those originating from the SSC.
  • The candidate will be responsible for understanding and adhering to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing work in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests’ time and supports store operations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for resolving guest feedback and addressing issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests, to help make it right for guests.
  • The candidate will be responsible for delegated aspects of controllable budget management and labor hours.
  • The candidate will be responsible for carrying out a leadership role with indirect responsibility for a subset of store employees as delegated by the Store Manager.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • The candidate must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
  • The candidate will be required to work on a variable schedule that may include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, or overnights, as well as weekends and holidays.
  • The candidate must have 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling, management of designated labor hours, and overseeing projects or processes.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is considered an asset for this role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education may be considered a preferred asset.
  • The candidate with at least 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience will be considered an asset.
