  • The candidate will be expected to serve as a resource and contact person for the microcredential programme at the Centre for Neuroscience Studies.
  • The candidate will be expected to respond to inquiries about the microcredential programme and assist potential students with the registration process.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide administrative support for the Microcredential Program. This will entail coordinating both Executive Education meetings and specific microcredential programme meetings.
  • The candidate will be required to assist with the coordination of the microcredential course development leads, which will include the preparation of materials in support of the microcredential programme, determining dissemination of information, and methods of communication.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing agendas for all committee and subcommittee meetings, as well as taking and distributing minutes.
  • The candidate will be expected to monitor student progress in the microcredential certificate programme and ensure that students receive appropriate accreditation.
  • The candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with the Financial Coordinator to ensure that the microcredential budget is met, not exceeded, and stays within the funding limits.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist with budget preparation and allocation, including the collection, organisation, and preparation of background information, financial spreadsheets, statements, and monthly reports.
  • The candidate will be expected to regularly post on all CNS social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook) about microcredential programmes, launch dates, course information, fees, and how to register, as well as maintain a very active profile for this programme.
  • The candidate must update the microcredential web page with current information.
  • The candidate will be expected to suggest and assist in the implementation of revisions to communications and marketing materials.
  • The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively as part of the Centre’s administrative team to ensure the Center’s continued success. This may entail taking on additional responsibilities in support of the Centre and its initiatives as needed.
