Job Description
- Help customers out with refunds, returns, exchanges, and all sorts of general inquiries.
- Provide kind, professional customer service, even when it gets hectic.
- Complete transactions using Walmart policies and procedures.
- Keep records that are accurate , especially for sales tax and customer service notes.
- Deal with returned and damaged merchandise the right way, no shortcutting.
Responsibilities
- Process customer refunds , returns and exchanges correctly.
- Answer questions, and jump in with store support when needed.
- Keep accurate sales tax-exempt records.
- Send damaged merchandise over to the Claims department.
- Make sure returned items are scanned properly for pricing and inventory accuracy.
- Follow company rules, and the customer service standards at all times.
Requirements
- Must have basic problem-solving as well as organizational skills.
- Can stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Can work with a team, not just alone.
- Must be available for different shifts, including weekends as well as holidays.
