Job Description
- The candidate must prepare a journal entry.
- The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
- The candidate must manage accounts payable.
- The candidate must review behaviour concerning deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments, and spending patterns.
- The candidate must invoice clients.
- The candidate must collect payments from debtors.
- The candidate must store, update, and retrieve financial data.
- The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems.
- The candidate must perform general office duties.
- The candidate must prepare reports.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be bilingual.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- A candidate with experience is an asset.

- The candidate must be knowledgeable about QuickBooks, Email and MS Excel.
