Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of commercial, transportation, and recreational facilities, as well as the included real estate.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate, as well as the development of marketing strategies.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan, organise, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects to modify commercial, transportation, and recreational facilities, as well as real estate.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures such as machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan and manage the facility’s operations budget.
  • The candidate must prepare or supervise the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • The candidate will be in charge of developing and implementing safety inspection and preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving feedback and monitoring the quality of services provided.
  • The candidate will be required to resolve work related problems in the organisation.
  • The candidate will be required to raise requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as per the requirement.
  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • The candidate will be expected to hire, train, and supervise employees.
  • The candidate will be in charge of contract administration for the provision of supplies and services.
