Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to manage contracts for the supply of goods and services.
- The candidate must create and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programmes.
- The candidate will be expected to direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- The candidate will be expected to hire, train, and supervise employees.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures such as machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- The candidate must plan and manage the facility’s operating budget.
- The candidate will be expected to plan, organise, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- The candidate must plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects to modify commercial, transportation, and recreational facilities, as well as real estate.
- The candidate will be expected to prepare or supervise the preparation of reports and statistics pertaining to areas of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
