Job description
- All candidates are responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages.
- Their responsibilities will be to deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
- They will take ownership of customer’s shipping needs and offer viable solutions and also take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
Job requirement
- All candidates must have a high school diploma.
- They are also required to have a GED and International equivalent.
- Candidates must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and also Adobe Suites Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to lift 40+ lbs./18+ kgs.
- They must be good at using technology.
