Job description
- Candidates will focus on excellence in execution – process customer orders and returns on time and accurately.
- They will meet team targets by “going to work”.
- They will execute all customer-facing tasks with precision and speed.
- They have to improve Order Accuracy.
- They will improve Inventory accuracy & control.
- Candidates will meet individual cycle time and efficiency targets.
- They have to meet all the customers.
Job requirement
- Candidates must possess a current forklift license and have a minimum of 3 years of forklift experience.
- They must have great working knowledge of RF technology and inventory count/ movement experience.
- They must be able to learn new processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of an inventory team.
- They must be able to work independently and meet targets and follow detailed instructions on the afternoon shift.
Work setting
- Candidates have to organize & maintain inventory of packing materials (bins, boxes, collates etc.).
- Candidates must have to pack, label & check customer orders and stage for shipping activities.
- Candidates have to scan, weigh & ship customers orders and load onto trucks.
- They have to process inventory kitting activities as requested.
