Job Description

  • The candidate must store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • The candidate will be expected to handle incoming requisitions.
  • The candidate will be in charge of preparing requisition orders for the replenishment of parts and supplies.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep detailed records on all inventory and stock.
  • The candidate will be in charge of receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • The candidate will be in charge of identifying, labelling, and cataloguing items received.
  • The candidate will be in charge of shipping, delivering, or picking up parts, products, or equipment.
  • The candidate will be in charge of preparing and tracking work orders.
  • The candidate will be in charge of answering the phone and relaying phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate will be in charge of performing general office duties.
  • The candidate will be in charge of setting up retail parts and accessories displays.
  • The candidate will be in charge of cleaning and maintaining the office, supply area, or warehouse.

  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse area is clean and organised, and that all safety procedures are followed at all times by themselves and their team members.
  • The candidate must record exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
  • The candidate will be required to load merchandise into delivery trucks with the proper tools.
  • The candidate must accommodate and handle fragile merchandise with care.
  • The candidate must enter data into inventory and logistics software programmes.
  • The candidate must scan items into the inventory management system.
  • The candidate will be required to order additional stock for the warehouse as needed.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming shipments are correct by comparing the invoice to the order and that all goods are in excellent condition.
  • The candidate will be expected to monitor inventory and report any missing or lost items to management.
  • The candidate will be expected to inspect and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools. Report any malfunctions, inadequacies, or necessary repairs through the appropriate channels.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that warehouse goals are met.
  • The candidate must follow all health and safety policies as well as quality requirements.

  • The candidate should be fluent in French language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in similar industry
  • The candidate should be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

  • The candidate should have clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations

Own Tools/Equipment

  • Candidates are required to wear steel-toed safety boots.
