Job requirement
- Candidates must have acceptable experience in providing cleaning services to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to make decisions based on health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Candidates must be able to identify basic problems and immediate action needed.
- Candidates must be able to make things happen and demonstrate integrity with exercises and sound judgment to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to strive for excellence and be able to communicate effectively to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to conduct repetitive tasks and be exposed to minor injuries when performing cleaning and minor maintenance activities to be eligible for this post.
- They must be willing to work shift work, weekends, statutory holidays and provincial holidays to be eligible for this post.
- They must be willing to wear a Parks Canada uniform and be willing to take training and update certification as required by the employer to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must ensure reliability Status security clearance and ensure maintenance of a valid class 5 Nova Scotia Driver’s License, or other provincial equivalency.
