Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are responsible for the day-to-day supervision of coal operations at Lingan Generating Station working at this post.
- Applicants are also required at this post to lead the Coal Services team and a Maintenance Team in the functions of coal unloading, coal hoisting, coal sampling and coal system maintenance working at this post.
- Applicants at this post are also required to work effectively with the team on coal transfers, coal system maintenance and scheduling for the plant working at this post.
- Candidates working in this post are also appointed at this post to provide leadership, supervision and development of the Coal Services team, and Maintenance Team, coordinate with other shifts and departments’ regulations.
- They’re also responsible for personal safety and co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants working at this post are also required to possess a Grade XII as well as be an experienced leader within a coal facility.
- Any kind of certification, diploma or trade regarding equivalent experience will be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and be able to function effectively in a team environment.
- They must be a self-starter with proven organizational and analytical skills with demonstrated multi-tasking abilities to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must possess strong computer skills to be eligible for this post.
