Job Description

The candidate must calculate the cost of truck repairs and new parts if needed.
The candidate must plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
The candidate must address customers’ complaints or concerns.
The candidate must coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
The candidate must hold a Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must hold an AZ Class License; a Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks); a Class 2/2F/C Licence (buses with more than passengers); a Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer trucks and vehicles with more than three axles); a Defensive Driving Course Certificate; and a valid Driver’s License (Class 1 or A).
The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
