We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take on their responsibilities at the earliest. The open positions are for Seasonal employment or full-time jobs. The timings of shifts may be Overtime, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening and Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
• The candidate must load and unload goods.
• The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
• The candidate will be responsible for performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, as well as overseeing all vehicle aspects.
• The candidate must perform preventive maintenance.
• The candidate must be able to operate a forklift.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have a Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than three axles) and a Driver’s License (Class 3 or D).
• The candidate must be able to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate must be hardworking.
• The candidate must be energetic.

Work site environment

• The work site environment is dusty.
• The candidate must work on a farm.

Experience and specialization

Documentation knowledge

• The candidate must be knowledgeable about inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip) and maintenance and repair reports.

• The candidate must undergo a driver’s licence validity check for security and safety.

Transportation/travel information

• The candidate must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
• The candidate must be willing to travel for extended periods.

Work conditions and physical capabilities

• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must manage a large workload.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in sitting positions.
