Job description
- Candidates are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of transit vehicles.
- They will provide information to customers with respect to fares, service routes, schedules.
- They will make announcements to customers.
- They are responsible for demonstrating proper and courteous behavior towards customers.
- They assist customers with mobility needs.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have the knowledge of the GTA’s major roads, intersections, institutions, etc.
- They must have prior frontline, face-to-face customer service experience.
- They must have the ability to read, understand and follow written rules.
- They must have the ability to deal courteously with the public and communicate effectively.
- They must have a valid non-probationary Ontario Class “G” Driver’s Licence.
Work setting
