Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to define and execute the post-migration Hightouch (CDP) roadmap across all regions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business partners to plan and deliver email, push, and SMS roadmap initiatives globally.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing Data Engineers, Application Engineers for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hightouch, and QAs to collaborate with business partners and external vendors.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the right skills are applied to the right problems through empathetic coaching, technical mentorship, skills development, and career path leadership.
  • The candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of software that meets business and technical requirements and is resilient, observable, performant, secure, and maintainable.
  • The candidate will be responsible for leading the resolution of production incidents and platform issues in alignment with incident, problem, and change management standards, ensuring operational excellence and stability.
  • The candidate will be responsible for conducting RCA analysis and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • The candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with stakeholders across global markets to drive alignment, transparency, and execution across business and technology teams.
  • The candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing application subscriptions to ensure no overages are incurred.
  • The candidate will be responsible for owning vendor and partner strategy while negotiating and optimizing total cost of ownership with Procurement and Finance without sacrificing capability.
  • The candidate will be responsible for anticipating future needs and constraints and proactively addressing technical debt, scale limits, and integration complexity before they become blockers.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in application, platform, or enterprise technology.
  • The candidate must have 4+ years of experience managing an engineering team and developing high-performing engineering leaders and inclusive teams.
  • The candidate must possess strong capability in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • The candidate must have hands-on familiarity with modern MarTech stacks, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Validity, Hightouch, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
