Job Description
- Applicants are appointed ag this post to coordinate with shared service teams, such as Dev Ops, Infrastructure, & Security to release changes to production.
- They’re also appointed to collaborate with Technology Directors & Architecture to establish the high-level architecture and components of the solution.
- Candidates are appointed to oversee detailed designs and provide feedback for design improvements.

Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry and good knowledge of customer care or contact center digital products.
- They must attain solid programming skills and experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain experience with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture, web services.
- They must attain a post-secondary degree in Computer Science or engineering to be eligible for this post.
