Job description
- Answer all forms of communication from the public and agencies through phone and email and mail.
- Execute payment processes while managing cash operations
- Perform daily financial balance checks and reconciliation activities
- Execute administrative functions which involve preparing data and conducting research and creating reports.
- Analyze and review data to verify its accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Prepare reports together with summaries and statistical data.
- Carry out complex calculations and resolve discrepancies
- Operate office systems and software efficiently
- Review and process applications ensuring all criteria are met
- Identify issues and suggest solutions to improve processes
- Guide and support assigned staff when required
Job requirements
- Strong background in high-volume front-line customer service in counter or call centre settings
- Solid background in cash handling and reconciliation
- Ability to perform complex calculations accurately
- Strong ability to manage difficult situations and resolve customer concerns
- Can use MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable working in fast paced environments with high workloads
- Handle secret information through controlled methods
- The person has understanding of contact center operations together with their related performance evaluation methods
