Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting capacity planning, reporting, and process reviews for lululemon product lines.
- The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the creation of a successful and executable sourcing strategy that supports manufacturing business needs.
- The candidate will be responsible for compiling raw materials forecasts and conducting detailed data analysis.
- The candidate will be responsible for analyzing product allocation multiple times each season based on constrained and unconstrained capacity within the global sourcing base.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional data and creating Excel reporting tools, including Core Trims Analysis, Capacity Verification Report, Trims Multi Sourcing, Raw Materials Commitments, and Historical Forecast Analysis.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting process improvements and general Supply Planning analysis.
- The candidate will be responsible for communicating internally and externally as required by the RM Supply Planning Manager and business needs.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seasonal calendar timelines are met.
Job Requirements
- Candidates with a university degree will be considered an asset.
- A minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, including merchandising, costing, and forecasting.
- The candidate must possess knowledge of Smartsheet and PBI tools.
- The candidate must have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong ability to communicate clearly and objectively.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
