Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to work in-depth knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply and coach others in risk management, risk reduction and relapse prevention framework working at this post.
- Candidates for this post are appointed to coordinate and distribute casework and recruit new staff working at this post.
- They’re also required to provide clinical consultation to the Probation Officer related to the case management process working at this post.
- Applicants are also required to mentor and train, evaluate case practice and ensure quality service, complete youth death reviews.
- They’re required at this post to support and engage in partnerships with community-based organizations, First Nations communities, and other government ministries working at this post.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to ensure a conflict resolution structure to resolve conflicts and complaints at this post.
Job requirement
- They must possess a degree in human services in any field like Social Work, Indigenous Social Work, Human Justice, Education, or Arts to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have completed a degree from an accredited university that does not focus on human behavior along with acceptable correctional and human behavioral work experience to be preferred for this post.
Work setting
- They’re required at this post to inform management of case actions and court decisions with the potential to effect policy change working at this post.
