Job Description

Job Requirements
- The candidate must have an undergraduate degree.
- An MBA or an advanced degree will be considered an asset.
- The candidate must have 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm or in a relevant corporate strategy role.
- The candidate must have strong data analysis and storytelling skills, along with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- The candidate must be able to synthesize complex data into clear, structured insights and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
- The candidate must have experience structuring and solving ambiguous business problems.
- The candidate must have experience managing projects or workstreams across cross-functional teams.
- The candidate must have strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
