Job Description

  • The candidate works well in ambiguity and takes on varied work, stepping outside their comfort zone to solve new strategic problems for themselves and the organization.
  • The candidate brings strong strategic thinking and curiosity, works as a thought partner to senior leaders and their teams, and asks “why” to understand what makes lululemon different.
  • The candidate must tackle complex problems by analyzing market, financial, and consumer information to get to the core of an issue, translate data into insights, and identify strategic implications for the business.
  • The candidate must manage strategic questions end-to-end while structuring ambiguous problems into clear workplans and frameworks.
  • The candidate must build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and develop effective relationships across the business to drive alignment and progress.
  • The candidate must lead workstreams or projects from problem definition through to recommendation while managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
  • The candidate must take ownership of personal growth and development while contributing to a team and culture committed to supporting individual success.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have an undergraduate degree.
  • An MBA or an advanced degree will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate must have 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm or in a relevant corporate strategy role.
  • The candidate must have strong data analysis and storytelling skills, along with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • The candidate must be able to synthesize complex data into clear, structured insights and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • The candidate must have experience structuring and solving ambiguous business problems.
  • The candidate must have experience managing projects or workstreams across cross-functional teams.
  • The candidate must have strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
  • The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
  • The candidate must communicate with honesty and kindness while encouraging others to do the same.
