Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations.
• The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations and ensuring their effectiveness.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties.
• The candidate must conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate determines the merchandise and services to offer for sale.
• The candidate will be responsible for implementing price and credit policies.
• The candidate will be responsible for locating, selecting, and purchasing merchandise for resale.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and keep track of revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
• The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.
• The candidate must be energetic.

• The candidate should be a good team player.

Work setting

• The candidate should be willing to work in a rural area, where most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work from a remote location, which is the practice of employees performing their jobs from a location other than a central office operated by the employer.
• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
