Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to make up the store’s leadership team executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability.
- Candidates are also appointed to develop the skills of the entire store team and ensure customers are well taken care of.
- Candidates are also appointed to work as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees.
- They must attain the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program.
- Candidates must ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock.
- They must attain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment.
