Job Description

  • The candidate must define, refine, and operationalize organization-wide security frameworks, standards, and methodologies across governance, risk assessment, compliance, and incident management.
  • The candidate must provide advanced technical and strategic guidance across cybersecurity domains, advising on complex risks, control design, regulatory expectations, and long-range security planning.
  • The candidate must mentor, develop, and upskill analysts at all levels, providing structured coaching, deep technical guidance, and support that strengthens organizational capability.
  • The candidate must serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders, communicating complex security risks, business impacts, and recommended strategies.
  • The candidate must drive cross-functional resolution of high-impact, multi-domain security challenges, facilitating alignment across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations.
  • The candidate must shape and maintain advanced security reporting and metrics, enhancing visibility into risk trends, control performance, compliance health, and program outcomes.
  • The candidate must identify opportunities for strategic improvements, including process redesign, automation, tooling enhancements, and governance structure changes.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • The candidate must have 9–12 years of security operations, SOC operations, incident response, or security monitoring experience, or equivalent.
  • The candidate must have proven experience monitoring organizational security posture using enterprise SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and analytics platforms.
  • The candidate must have a track record of establishing comprehensive threat detection frameworks.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead high-impact incident response efforts and conduct strategic security investigations.
  • The candidate must have experience establishing organizational incident response frameworks and major incident protocols.
  • The candidate must have experience developing and refining enterprise threat intelligence and vulnerability management programs aligned to organizational risk priorities.
  • The candidate must have proven ability to define and standardize enterprise security operations processes.
  • The candidate must have a track record of establishing governance for security workflows and driving organizational adoption of mature security practices.
  • The candidate must have experience establishing enterprise IAM standards and driving strategic IAM initiatives, including privileged access management and identity federation across multiple domains.

Work conditions
