Job Description

Responsibilities
- Clients are provided with support across a range of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, Asset Management, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, and GRC.
- Use ServiceNow methodologies, accelerators, and best practices to properly gather and document client requirements.
- Conducting of gap analyses, solution vision definition, and execution of support activities during design, and build phase, and likewise, contributing during implementation.
- Creating and executing test scripts, organizing workshops and demos, as well as process documentation, user stories, and training material being created.
- Working together with project managers, architects, and technical consultants while supplying existing ServiceNow solutions with support and pinpointing the areas where enhancements can be made.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in a business-related sphere.
- Four or more years of practical experience with ServiceNow, which includes system upgrades and work in one or more modules.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, teamwork, and customer interaction skills.
- Professional representation of Accenture is a must.
- English proficiency is a requirement due to the collaboration within the multinational team.
- Acquisition of ServiceNow System Administrator certification is a must.
