Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting cyclical retail bonus calculations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual processes, while ensuring accurate results and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Compensation team members to improve processes and incorporate new workstreams into existing systems.
  • The candidate will be a trusted resource for internal stakeholders.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with P&C Business Partners to provide proactive support to business groups on compensation queries, compensation processes, wage and bonus recommendations, and competitive market positioning.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the People Enablement Team to maintain accurate system data, implement compensation program changes, and facilitate continuous system enhancements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting recurring audits of Workday position, compensation, and related workforce data.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting annual performance management and compensation cycles by conducting data analysis, preparing reports, resolving issues, and developing communications.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Store Reporting team to develop, generate, and monitor compensation reports used by the global store population.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting summary reports based on job analysis and compensation analysis information
  • The candidate will be responsible for conducting weekly job evaluations for positions throughout the global organization.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting broad compensation projects that arise throughout the organization.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Retail Operations team to communicate updates to compensation and incentive programs.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have 2–3 years of experience in a compensation role.
  • The candidate must hold a post-secondary degree in a related field such as finance or human resources.
  • The candidate must have exposure to HRIS back-end systems and demonstrate curiosity about how back-end data is integrated.
  • The candidate must have experience using Workday, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • The candidate must be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing the workload.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
  • The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
