Service Advisor

Tesla is currently looking to hire a full time Service Advisor for the Kitchener location. Job Description

  • Service Advisor is a full time customer service and vehicle support role based in Kitchener, Ontario.
  • The role supports customers during vehicle service visits and helps maintain smooth service centre operations.
  • Employees work closely with technicians, customers and service teams while repairs take place.
  • The position works within Tesla’s Vehicle Service division in a busy and fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and service concerns in a professional manner, even when it gets busy.
  • Assess the vehicle concerns and explain the repair needs in simple terms.
  • Listen to what customers are saying and share issues to the Service Manager when it’s needed.
  • Prepare service records that are accurate and then update the Dealer Management
  • System with real attention to detail.
  • Process customer transactions and explain completed repair work.
  • Manage multiple appointments, maintain organized records and provide routine updates to customers.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of maintaining vehicle and repair methods is required.
  • Candidates must be skilled in explaining technical details clearly to customers.
  • Good problem solving skills are needed to review service issues and develop practical solutions.
  • For this role, candidates should show patience and professionalism through tough customer situations.
  • Skilled in managing time and systematic work habits.
  • Candidates must be skilled in Dealer Management Systems, Outlook and MS Office programs.
  • Needs a drivers license.
