Job Description
- The candidate must present bills to customers and accept cash payments, credit or debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billings.
- The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- The candidate must describe and advise on wine selection.
- The candidate must greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing sensory evaluations on wines.
- The candidate must be able to serve food and beverages.
- The candidate will take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- A candidate with experience is an asset.
