Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for designing and owning complex technology solution architectures that enable key business capabilities across multiple systems and domains.
• The candidate must collaborate with business and technology leaders to define target architecture strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• The candidate must document solution designs, including assumptions, trade-offs, constraints, and future evolution considerations.
• The candidate must evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and vendors in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• The candidate must work closely with engineering and business teams to translate architectural designs into executable delivery plans.
• The candidate must ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• The candidate must ensure interoperability, reusability, and consistency across systems and technology domains.
• The candidate must communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates with a Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• The candidate must possess 6–10 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, systems engineering, or technical consulting, or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must demonstrate proven experience designing multi-system technology solutions using optimized architectural patterns that ensure scalability, performance, and integration.
• The candidate must demonstrate experience researching and evaluating technologies for multi-system solutions.
• The candidate must demonstrate familiarity with leading platform selection discussions using defined evaluation criteria.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to align architectural decisions with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• The candidate must demonstrate experience assessing stakeholder impact and translating technical complexity into clear, non-technical communication.
• The candidate must demonstrate experience in designing and delivering end-to-end full-stack applications, including integration of SaaS and PaaS systems.
• The candidate must demonstrate familiarity with databases, MLOps principles, and machine learning/data processing tools such as Databricks.
