Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for leading programs that coordinate multiple teams and workstreams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
- The candidate will be responsible for defining comprehensive program plans that establish scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, dependencies, and success metrics.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving program execution using Agile delivery practices while orchestrating cross-functional delivery, managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring predictable execution.
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing program governance, including executive status reporting, steering committee management, and strategic risk escalation.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing program budgets, including financial planning, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and investment optimization.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- The candidate should possess a Master’s degree or PMP certification as a preferred qualification.
- The candidate must possess 6–10 years of experience in program management, project management, technology program coordination, or business analysis, or equivalent experience.
- The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of planning and delivering complex, large-scale technology programs across multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
- The candidate must have experience engaging senior stakeholders and leaders to align delivery priorities and manage complex trade-offs and expectations.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage cross-domain dependencies and risks using established frameworks, with experience leading resolution across organizational boundaries.
- The candidate must possess 3+ years of demonstrated experience in computer security-related disciplines, including familiarity with NIST, SOX, PCI, CCPA, and Common Controls.
- The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and reporting on risks and mitigation, scope, budget, and timelines.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
